check this out. I'm not sure where you can buy them ... i know we have them at our campus restaurant.. .but they are really delicious...especially the cinnamon one. hope it helps!0 -
I just saw these at our Wegmans grocery...i think it was Quaker brand... I dropped the box when I saw the calories. no thanks...I'll stick with my regular old oatmeal that you get more of for the same calories...stays with me longer.
Besides...they look too yummy...might not be able to stop at one..0 -
Are you wanting to buy them or make them?

I ran across a recipe for individual breakfast cookies that you make in the microwave. Here is a link to the blog where the recipe is posted:

I haven't tried it yet, but it's on my list of things to try!0 -

I posted several recipes up above, but you can go to www.foodblogsearch.com and search food blogs to find tons more. Just search "breakfast cookie" and pages and pages will come up.0

This looks really good...and minus the raisins, it looks like something my 11 yr old would love for breakfast!
Thanks so much for sharing it!!0 -

with the craisins and nuts it comes in at 189 calories but it's pretty large. I will definitely be eating it again!0 -

Ok I made the microwave breakfast cookie with mini chocolate chips and nuts tonight instead of raisins/craisins. I am out of vanilla so I subbed a few drops of maple extract, and only used 1 tsp of brown sugar and a packet of sweet n low. It was really good! Only 157 cals for a Nutty Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookie!0

Yummy Yummy Banana Oatmeal Cookies that are great for breakfast! Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 cups oats (not instant, the proper scotts type)
1/2 cup skim milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon low-fat peanut butter (optional)
Directions
1Preheat the oven to 180c.
2Mash the bananas and mix with the oats, milk and egg before adding the remaining ingredients (it just mixes a bit easier and more evenly this way). These measurements make the mixture just the right consistency for my liking, but if it looks a bit runny to you at this point, throw in another handful of oats to thicken it up.
3Grease a cookie tray with 1 cal spray and spoon the mixture on to make around 9 large cookies.
4Bake for around 20mins until golden brown.0 -

I made this one this morning for breakfast, substituting banana for the egg, and used a combination of dates and raisins for the fruit. Turned out wonderfully, just like the breakfast cookies I made in the oven, but so much faster and convenient in single-serving!0 -
The following recipe is for homemade Lara Bars, but I make them into Breakfast cookies because they're easier to shape into a flattened circle-ish shape than a granola bar shape! They're awesome- no sodium at all, and only 3 ingredients.

Ellie Krieger is a nutritionist on food network and has a great recipe. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ellie-krieger/breakfast-cookies-recipe/index.html
I love that she uses baby food carrots for part of the oil and to add sweetness. You also get in some veggies! they are 166 calories each I think, but bigger and heartier than your average cookie. If you truly eat these for breakfast with a glass of skim milk, you should be around 250 calories for breakfast. Not bad!0 -
Does anyone know how many calories the banana cookies are??0
