Level 2 is a beast. Feel free to stay longer on there if you need it.0

I did 30DS back in April/May. I HATED level 2. I actually found level 3 to be somewhat of a relief after level 2. Don't give up, just keep giving it your best. You'll get through it. The end result is definitely worth it!0

I found level 2 easier and am struggling with level 3. I think part of it has to do with what muscle groups on you are naturally strong. However, as long as you are continuing who cares? Even if you want to stay on level 2 for awhile longer to strengthen then so be it. I might stick with level 3 for awhile so I can do it with out making all sorts of terrible noises.:laugh:0

I HATE level 2! IMO it is even harder than Level 3... just keep at it and don't stress if you have to stay with it for more than 10 days. I actually LOVE Level 3 so much that I still do it randomly0

Level 2 is hard for sure. I do enjoy the challenge though, and I'm not as sore afterward as I was with level 1... so it's harder, but easier. From what I hear Level 3 is easier than 2 though, so just look forward to that.0

Thanks guys
I might do it for an extra days max because I have a date I want to finish the 30ds by, but after im done I might go back to lvl 2 and carry on until it becomes easier and do the same with lvl 3 just do the 10 days but then go back to it after
Glad im not the only one0 -
Level 2 is insane compared to level 1. Just stick with it as long as you need to before moving to level 30

completed it. level 2 was the hardest. level 1 and 3 i could complete despite the struggles level 2 the first time doing it i couldnt finish the v things killed me off!0

Level 2 is difficult and I stuck with it for 13 days while I did Level 1 for 6 days. HOWEVER, Level 2 really helps to build up your strength and endurance, which makes Level 3 (once you move on to it) easier to do.0
