Can't get below 150

I've tried ketosis (low carb) and the most I could get down to was 151. I have tried starving myself (stupid but still, could not get below 153) I have tried 1200 calories, and gained weight. Tried 1500 calories, gained weight. So lately I've basically said "screw it" and have been eating whatever I want when I want all over again. I've been tracking it and I'm just about ready to give up and just deal with being 20 pounds over the weight I should be forever. I don't know what else to do and I'm really at such a low point. If anyone is around 5'4 (5' 3/4) and has gotten down to around 130-135 after not being able to get below 150, and has tips, please let me know. I'm falling into a depression, all I want to see on the scale is the 140s. My stomach is bloated and I am back up to 155 after being at 151. I don't know what else to do.

dont think about it too much, stay away from the scales........... exercise and enjoy what you have at the moment( your body) just eat normally and exercise everyday in the rest may fall into place

Since I was 16 years old I have not been under 150. I am 20 now and feel like a failure. I don't know what else to do to drop weight. I thought about doing a liquid diet, I considered saving for liposuction. No matter what I do the weight just won't drop. If there is anything I want in the world it would be able to wear a bikini next summer and I feel as though it won't happen. It hasn't happened my entire life, and I feel like it won't happen in the future. Are some bodies just built to stay fat?

what kinds of food are filling up your cals? stay away from the artifical stuff, try to eat your 7-10 fruits/veggies + 2L of water - get your body moving in a different way than normal - if all else fails, ditch the scale- your peace of mind is NOT worth a number, it's not what defines you!

I'm 5'2 and I'm hovering around the same weight. (Actually just went from 155 to 150) Hopefully I'll keep going. With that said, I weighed the same for almost 10 years! I'm just now learning to make my body leaner and have started lifting weights. I eat 1300 cals PLUS my exercise calories and I'm seeing more changes in my body in the last month than in the last 5 years of cardio and a daily NET of 1200 cals. My goal is weights 4x a week and 1 day of hardcore cardio. I've decided that I don't care what I weigh, as long as I look better.

My advice would be to switch up your workout routine. I just started running more training for a 10k so I'm hoping that will help as long as I stick with it and eat right.
