11/19 - 11/25 CHALLENGE!

This is a week challenge to meet 3,500+ calories burned. You set your own calorie goal for the week (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!). Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other than push push pushing yourself to hit your goal.


Here's a daily update format you can use:

    I apologize in advance for the lameness of my workouts this week.. IT's my Insanity recovery week so it will all be the same until sunday...when I start month 2!

    I didn't make it exactly to 3500. However, this weekend I did TONS of house cleaning and went shopping (of course!) and that had to at least burned 335 calories! if not, next week I will do better!!!
