Green supplement vs. Shakeology?

So I know I need to eat more veggies and that would take care of this entire question. But being realistic, right now, it isn't going to happen for me. So I'm debating on whether or not to get a greens (veggies and fruit) supplement from GNC or a vitamin shop or something or try Shakeology.

Which of the 2 evils do you think is better and why? (besides the cost because I know shakeology is super expensive)

    Is food not an option?
  • I've heard a lot of people really like Shakeology. I thought of trying it myself, as a meal replacement/snack once I start Turbo Fire.

I have a lot of people I know that absolutely swear by shakeology. I think best case scenario you should make the ultimate goal to eat more fruits and veggies, but shakeology might be a good fall back option if you feel its necessary

I use Shakeology. It’s all-natural. I have tried a few other protein shakes out there and I just cannot stomach them. They taste so chalky. (I have never tried green supplement though) I do not use it as a meal replacement but have it a few times a week either before or after my workouts. I already eat lots of veggies but I use it to increase my protein. It is expensive but it is worth it.

Use fresh or frozen fruit and veggies. And your own blender. Alot cheaper.

Eat your greens. Eat your meats. Eat your nuts. Done.

Why, exactly, don't you do just that? It will be cheaper and better for you in the long run.
  • I have Greens and I need it because as a student, my diet is crap and everything is on the go. It tasted like nutmeg so I add it to apple juice. The flavor got to me, so I only use it once in a while.
