- if you want the goeyness of cheese - ive never tried it - but maybe blend up some zucchini? though it may just be mushy instread of goey i'm not sure
- sundried tomatoes, spinach, and pine nuts
- give your roommate a lactose pill (lol) and do goat cheese? (which some find easier to digest, but its a risk if you dont chat with them first)0 -
Sundried tomatoes that have been stored/packaged in olive oil and garlic herbs and diced chorizo ( you only need a little bit to get a really effective taste)
Even though the tomatoes have been in oil if you serve the chicken with a big green salad the calorie count will not be horrific.0
