A big hello to everybody...

I have been on here for a very long while but never posted and never used it that much.. Since May I've managed to drop from 70kg to 62kg and now Im keen to turn this mommy body into something awesome..

I've recently started weight training (machines not free weights yet) and Im keen to pick up advice on nutrition. I know how to reduce calories and eat clean to lose weight. However I am not that surea bout how to eat to build muscle.

I look forward to finally reading through all the success stories on here to keep my motivation up.
