How much should I weigh?

Hello I was wondering how much I should weigh to be a healthy weight?

160 is decent, based on BMI (that would put you at a BMI of 23). BMI is a vague estimate, though, and doesn't factor in body composition. If your intent is to become very muscular, you could well exceed what is considered a "healthy" BMI, while still keeping your body fat low enough to be extremely healthy and fit.
Without knowing what you're aiming for, there's not much else I can tell you. I myself have a goal weight at 5' 7.5" of around 135-140 lbs, but I will be able to fine-tune that goal as I get closer to it and decide what body fat percentage, definition, mass, etc that I'm aiming for. I have viewed a lot of photos and stats of women of similar height and build, and I recommend doing the same in your case; find some profiles of 5' 10" guys with similar body type, to narrow down your goal.0
