Anyone here taking joint juice or something else that works for those old aches and pains? I have really been hurting with this colder weather. Exercise helps some but sometimes I get worse working out.
I bought some joint juice but then read online it may not help. I am female and 53 with 55 lbs lost and another 65 to go.
Just wanted some feedback.

No joint juice for me, but I do take a tablespoon of freshly ground flax everyday with a glass of crystal light. There are tons of benefits to flax, one being that it is good for the joints. Check it out on-line and make your own decision if it fits into your daily intake. My two cents. (Our veterinarian even said that it would be good for our aging spaniel's joints.)0

Supplements that claim to help with joints include chondroitin, glucosamine, MSM, and fish oils. It looks like 'Joint Juice' contains chondroitin and glucosamine so it may help... I don't know what the price is on 'Joint Juice' though so it might be cheaper buying the supplements separately.
Unfortunately, I don't believe any studies have demonstrated conclusively that the supplements listed above actually help with joint pain or joint stiffness. It's mostly anecdotal. If you do try some of the supplements be sure to give it a few weeks before evaluating the results.0 -
Joint Juice Review is a joint supplement from JHM. There are two formulations available: Fast-Acting and Maximum Strength. We’ve examined the maximum strength formula.
Glucosamine is a substance discovered in the system. Plus is key in the glycosaminoglycan, which is a substance used in the fix and development of system cells such as fibrous.
For best outcomes Plus is often Joint with chondroitin sulfate, which is a substance normally present in fibrous. Plus lube your joint parts by helping fibrous tissue process water, which allows fibrous maintain its support and flexibility.
Glucosamine is widely used in the treatment of osteo arthritis. Osteoarthritis occurs when the rubbery material that pillows and facilitates joint parts have lost its flexibility. Once the joint start to loose flexibility they are more sensible and easily hurt, which leads to pain, loss of activity, inflammation and devastation.0
