I have a question I am hoping someone can answer. How do you calculate the nutritional information for a home made recipe. I made home made polenta with cheddar and bacon for dinner last night and have no idea what the calories were.

Usually you can get the calorie information for each of the ingredients, add up the total, and divide by the number of servings.0

add each ingredient and then click "remember meal"0
