Fitness Programs

I am looking for a long term (60/90 day) fitness program.

For several years I have used a variety of fitness DVDs. It was a great start for someone who didn’t enjoy the gym, and made every excuse not to go. It helped maintain but it didn’t give me the results I wanted or needed. Last year I purchased my first fitness program, Jillian Michaels’ Body Revolution. It delivered and more!!! It was like having a trainer at home without the cost of one! I finished the program a few months ago, and haven’t been able to find another program to start. While researching for another program, I restarted the JMBR but can’t see going for a 3rd time.

I am interested in starting another program and my ONLY requirement is the 30 minutes. Newbie to workout programs so ANY recommendations would be appreciated????

  • Chalean Extreme is 3 months and between 30-40 minutes a day.

    Thanks Runnninginmd. I checked out Chalean Extreme's website but couldn't find a section that gave me details....30 - 40 sounds doable! Other than hand weights, is there any other equipment that I would need?
