Hey! I'm Canadian and looooove to travel. I'm not sure if your looking for a tour company or a good travel agency?
I've used Marlin travel for most of my vacations, but have also had a lot of luck with redtag and expedia for booking all-inclusives in the caribbean. They tend to have the most deals.
If your looking for a tour company then check out topdeck. They do tours in Africa, South America, Asia, Europe and etc. I haven't used them personally, but friends of mine have and really enjoyed the experience. Happy travels!0 -

Going south, Sunwing is good. I've traveled with them a couple of times.
Expedia, Travelocity, Redtags are all search engines that usually come up with the same results for a destination.
Westjet is good as well, and they are usually a few dollars cheaper when dealing with them directly. AirCanada is the most expensive unless your willing to go short notice (like 3-4 days) then you can get really good seat sales.

sunwing has some great deals.
i tend to just use hotwire/hotels.com/expedia/priceline to book whatever is the best deal i can find. I've never done a proper packaged vacation before0 -
