I just wanted to share my milestone with everyone. I have gone from a size 16 to a 8. I was 198 at my heaviest and now i'm at 148. I have not weighed this in more than 10 years.

I have been doing Insanity and 2 hours a week at the gym doing the Elliptical. It's all about eating healthy too.0 -
