I bought "Leslie Sansone-4 mile Super Challenge" yesterday. Ive been doing her 1 mile walk away the pounds & felt I needed a boost.

This morning I did the 4 miles dvd plus the 1 mile dvd with weights to make it 5 miles!! Tonight I will do "Jillian Michaels-30 Day Shred"

Morning I do Leslie Sansone for walking & at night I do Jillian Michaels for the weights. I feel GREAT!!! I currently weigh 227.6lbs down from 232lbs in 2 weeks. My goal is to loose 90lbs.

There were people in there 50's, 60's & 70's doing the 4 mile walk. I broke more of a sweat with Leslie Sansone then I do with Jillian Michaels. :happy:

    yes LOOSE 90lbs LOL not weigh 90lbs LOL sorry. :laugh:
