What do you do when you can't meet a macro?

In my diet I usually aim for 90g of protein, which is a struggle enough on most days, but I'm going to broke for at least a couple days, and nothing in my house is going to get me to that goal. At most I figure I can get 40 - 50g, but what do I do with the calories that will be left over?
Should I cut my calories by a couple hundred or spread it between fat and carbs? Would carbs or fat be better? If I cut more I would be at 1350, and my bmr is 1450, would that be too low?

Go to the store and buy protein. If you only have a few calories then chicken breast, tuna, shrimp, fat-free greek yogurt or even skim-2% milk. I started adding protein powder as creamer to my coffee to up my protein. If you don't want to leave you house today eat bread it has some protein with carbs.
