    Thank you. As a treat to myself when I hit my first "almost there" goal, I had my teeth whitened and I like to smile in pics now :) All of us know that confidence doesn't come for free just because we've lost weight, but the little things we do to improve how we feel about ourselves makes all the difference x

    I did Zumba in the earlier days, and other than that I don't know really, to be honest. Maybe I'm just lucky x
