exercise routine

Can someone provide me exercise routine

Currently i m doing 30mins walk on treadmill and 20-25 mins cross trainer

    What are you trying to achieve? Is it strength, endurance, losing weight, sustainable get-off-my-*kitten*-and-move?

    i m trying to loss weight my current weight is 63 kg

    What do you want to achieve short term, long term? How much time have you got to spare each week? what equipment have you to hand.... gym or home?

    What height are you? 63kg doesn't sound like you have very much to lose, so I'd in some strength training to your workouts, which are mostly cardio at the minute. If you have an hour in the day, try 20 mins on teh treadmill, 20 mins lifting/ bodyweight workout like squats, lunges, pressups etc, and 20 mins on the cross-trainer.

    Exercise is for fitness and increase of metabolic rate but Fat loss is done in kitchen, eat less calories and you will loose weight.

    You can exercise all day long but if you eat more calories then you need you will never loose weight.

    So you need to balance your diet for fat loss and also fuel your body for your exercise routines.
