Carrying over calories (plus or minus)

Hi,
I have read the posts about eating all or most of your excercise calories. I cannot really do that because i do intense excercise with my trianer on some days and lighter on other days. I don't want to eat all those extra foods on the intense days so I have been carrying over most but not all of the excess to the next day. I do the same if i go over but never carry over more than one day. I have been losing weight steadily except for one week (for which there is no explanation) but I was wondering what you all think.

You can be sure you'll get differing opinions on that
In my opinion, if you can balance out your calorie intake and exercise over the week you'll be fine. That's what Weight Watchers does, and even though I do have some issues with them, people are successful in losing weight on their program. Also, you've already seen that this works for you. :drinker:0 -
