Looking to see pics of anybody who has combined MFP and Paleo and had results. Would really flip my trigger if they were a P90X user too. Just wondering if that would be a good combination.

Hey there. I am doing more of an Atkins than a paleo but I use both types of recipes. My highest weight was 325, then I joined MFP at 275 and started atkins/paleo. I am now down to 237 (although I do not have good pics up. I can't figure out the photobucket thing) and still losing.

I started C25K last week and am on week 2 after walking my first 4-mile mini-marathon (Zombie Stomp) in October. I am signed up for a 5K in March and plan on running that one, plus doing all 20 obstacles. I do Zumba also on occasion, but plan on starting a P90X fitness challenge on 11/26.

I think it is a great combination. I feel good. If I go overboard on the almonds (which I do) then I start to get more hungry, but otherwise don't have actual crazy cravings. I am almost completely off sugar. I say almost because there is sugar in some things I still use, like ketchup.

I am doing this for Thanksgiving:

And this is a site I use all the time now for recipes (found on a MFP forum):

My diary is open and I log daily, so feel free to go through my profile. Also, feel free to add me (and anyone else who wishes) if you want to be fitness buddies. My only request is no major, negative drama queens.

    Alison!
