Ok so I about a month into this. I've lost 7.6 pounds. Which I've been excited about. However this week, while still eating the same (1300-1400 a day), I've started to see the scale number go up. :frown:

Can anyone tell me why this is? Or what I'm not doing right?

Any suggestions?... Please!

When that happens to me, I ask myself the following:

Are you eating 1300-1400 cals worth of wholesome food, or is it junk and empty calories?
Is what you're eating high in sodium?
    Are you drinking enough water?
Are you about to start your period? (Maybe you're just retaining water...happens to me every month.)
Are you getting enough sleep? (I think sleep is the MOST under appreciated elements of a healthy diet.)

Good luck reaching your goals! Hope I helped a little!

Most of the time weighing is negative... if you lose, some think they can celebrate, if you gain it is depressing... I weigh every 10 days to give my body time for a decent change... I weigh on the 5th, 15th and 25th of the month... works for me... what goes around, comes around... if you are sticking to the program... you will get results...

I agree with this! And would also ask, what type of exercise are you doing and for how long? Are you burning more calories than you are consuming?

Are you measuring? Sometimes even though the scale can go up, your still losing in inches... I stopped focusing on the scale a long time ago... the scale doesn't make me fit in a smaller size...the inches do.
