Stationary Bikes?

I just bought a bike because I felt like switching it up is good. However, I don't do weight lifting much anymore so Im afraid that just doing bike isn't as beneficial. If I do an hour of biking, how much walking should I incorporate? I don't feel my upper body is going to be worked with just using the bike.

I have a stationary bike and have used it for a few years now. When I'm done riding, I do pushups, crunches, that sort of thing, and it seems to keep my upper body in shape also.0

Either way, it's a great cardio workout so your upper body WILL benefit, but I suggest just regular weight lifting and ab work.0

How accurate is it though? I did an hour on like level 16, SO hard and burned 680 calories but I didnt feel like I do when im done running so Im just unsure about it0
