Champs and Cramps: Women Only

Ladies, during the time mother nature arrives and even before when she is showing signa of her arrival, how do you push through your workouts? After 12 minutes of jogging this morning I burned 131486 calories and stopped because cramps started to take over. And although I totally could have pushed through it, I was also feeling very fatigued. What do you so? Rev up on any extra vitamins to fight fatigue during this time of womanhood? Or just go with the "flow" and only allow what your body will endure? Your advice and support is greatly welcomed!

I let my body tell me what it can do. I usually feel the need for more rest during TOM so I slack off on my workouts and add in more strecthing.0

I use hot radox baths, heat packs and chamomile tea to combat this. If I can't handle my usual exercise, I just do a gentle walk. Exercise helps improve the cramps I've found (and read!)0
