Rock and Roll all the way baby! The louder the better.

Industrial, EBM. Something pounding, vicious, and preferably electronic.

For walking I enjoy Abney Park though, and traditional music for Egyptian belly dancing.

I have a folk/metal station on my Pandora that I listen to. Alestorm, Ensiferum, Blind Guardian, Korpiklaani, Turisas, Hammerfall, Wintersun, are regulars; also Dropkick Murphys, Gaelic Storm, Flogging Molly, and the Dubliners. When I'm in the middle of a workout and starting to get fatigued, 9 times out of 10 it's like Pandora knows, and it'll play Alestorm's cover of You Are A Pirate (yeah, the song from that kid's show with the pink-haired girl). That one just always makes me smile and helps me push through the fatigue and finish the workout.
