Came across this interesting article by the iconic Tim Ferris of the 4 hour work week fame. Thought shall share

    He claims to have lost 25lbs of fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle in 6 weeks. I don't believe it.

    I spent a year in my early 30s lifting hard and watching my nutrition and I couldn't gain 10lbs in muscle. So I agree with you, it probably depends on your body type. But to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time is no easy feat and to do it to that degree... I just don't think it's possible.

    Well he mentions nothing about how much to eat. If you end up having your body go into starvation mode it's pointless. The minute you start eating again you will gain weight as well. Crash dieting never really works nor is it healthy. It's not a lifestyle you can keep up forever.
