5'8 3/4". Highest non-pregnant weight was 164 (I started on here at 158) size 12. Goal weight 135, hit it in April 2011, size 6. I've been maintaining (mostly) in a 5 lb. range since then with it being a little higher lately right at 141 right now. Trying to drop those creeper lbs. before the major holiday parties start up and get back to the 130's. You can see my pictures in my profile. Good luck!

    5'8, small frame.

    Highest weight: 150
    Current weight: 146
End goal weight: 135ish, depending on how I look. I'd rather go by a look than a weight.

Just under 5'8", large frame. Highest weight 241, currently 193, aiming for approx 170, but I'll re-assess when I get there. Smallest physically-achievable clothing size likely to be a UK 14/US 10-12, currently a UK 16-18, depending on brand (US 12-14), judging by measurements.
  • I'm 5'7" and my highest weight was 337 lbs... I'm basically looking to halve that, so about 168 lbs. I have no idea if I'll make it there ;-)

I have an XL frame (seriously. I measured. My wrists are almost as wide as my hands, when I was a teenager they couldn't put a wristband on me that I couldn't get off because when I curled up my hand it was the same size as my wrist. I've never been able to wear lady's watches because the bands are too small.)

    Hello! :)
I am just over 5'8"; and currently at 190 lbs. The most I ever hit was 200lbs; that was 9 years ago, when I finished high school. My wieght did drop over the following years to my lowest ever adult weight; 150lbs! ...this was achieved by accident, It all came off due to lack of sleep, eating little and working waaaaay too much... and yes, I admit smoking cigarettes and regular chemical drug use at the time would have added to that.... I still felt 'too large' at that point when I looked in the mirror... but I could have still been seeing 'old me' instead of how I actually looked. My head was in a bad place then; but as I stopped doing harmful things to my body, I gained the weight back..... I have put my life together since then, and I am working to build and maintain healthy eating/sleeping/exercise habits. My goal is to drop to 140-145; and re-evaluate from there. :) Feel free to add me if you like!

I am 5'8". Highest weight was 274, current weight is 234. The smallest I have ever been was 160 and I looked gaunt! I am thinking 170 will look good on my frame. I do a combo of low cal plus working out to keep muscle mass. I think I have a large frame.

I am just about 5'9 and currently at 128 lbs, but I am not looking to losing weight any more, just to maintain and reduce my bf% (which is still shockingly high, I guess I am a typical skinny fat,)

    Highest weight - 150
Started MFP at 148 a couple weeks ago
    Current weight - 145
    Goal weight - 125-130

What are y'alls calorie goals? Work out routines?

I'm at 1360 per day.. and I try to lift weights for 30 min, and do cardio for 30min 6x a week.
So far I'm not seeing a lot of results on the scale, but I feel a lot better and have more energy during the day
  • 5"8, My highest weight was 180 in college and i'm at 154 now. My goal is 146, what i was last year on my wedding day. I was toned and felt really good about myself in all clothes. I was busting out of my jeans today :( How uncomfortable! Thanksgiving doesn't help...i tried to eat small portions - failed. Tomorrow I shall start again. I'm a little frustrated with my weight. Although i havn't been blogging i eat fairly healthy and work out a lot. I think i may need to up my cal intake..but i'm nervous!

    Large frame
    HW: 250+
    CW: 219
GW: 160. After that I will just focus on BF%

My current calorie goal is around 1500-1550, which sounds low but I am not great with tracking every little bite of something so that's why my goal is what it is. And I DO eat my exercise calories.

For exercise I do Zumba about 2-3x a week and I'm trying to get back into heavy lifting (NROL4W), but I have back and hip problems in my ripe old age of 26, so it's slow and difficult and frustrating and quite painful at times.

I lost my weight very slowly and lifted weights for most of it, so I saw more progress with the tape measure than the scale. Sometimes it gets me down to have only lost 30-odd pounds over the course of almost a year now, but I know for certain my body composition has changed.
