150 LUNGES!
Here’s how to do them: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2n58m2i4jg
Body weight style or add weights if that's too easy.
BE SURE TO ALTERNATE LEGS (150 per leg is a little much!)
No weight? Grab anything a little heavy!
Post once to accept the challenge and again (before midnight!) when completed!

I tried this just now, (never done lunges before) but seem to have hit a bit of a problem.
I was alternating in sets of 10, (so, ten with right foot forward, ten with left etc) but it feels like pretty much all the strain is on my left leg, regardless of which I'm putting forward. I carried on, thinking that it'd stop, but nope - my right leg feels fine, (although I can feel that I've done soemthing) but my left feels like it's on the verge of a strain.
Anyone know what's going on here?0 -
