I thought for sure I would be the only one from Saskatchewan chiming in, but I see I've been beaten to the punch. Hello!

    Hello fellow Canadians...Welcome onboard.
I am excited to find so many of you here, especially those from Ottawa...yay.
I have started this Monday, logging in, and I am doing the 6 week diet from the Eat to live book along with 30 day Jillian M. shred.
Although I am a heavy fish and chicken user, I was afraid that I won't be able to stick to a 100% vegan diet. But so far I am enjoying it. It is a challange to cook vegetables, but I have started making a weekly menu so I will be able to know what to shop for and when to cook. This gives me a chance to research recipes and introudce variety in the food items so I don't get bored during the week. Spices are just amazing, cloves, cinnamon, tumeric, etc are just beautiful in smell, color, and taste, just try to use them one at a time so you could develop a sense for them.
I will be repeating this every time I am posting here, so don't be surprised if you see me posting it again and again:
believe in yourself, you are strong, and you can do it.
Good luck to all of you
