I started my journey last November 16, 2011. From 210lbs, I am currently 170lbs. Losing weight is not easy but its possible. Good luck to all of us.

    Congratulations as you celebrate a year on MFP. Most things worthwhile are not easy and losing 40 pounds in a year certainly is a great accomplishment. Good luck as your continue your program. Have a great Thanksgiving, you do have much to be thankfull for including your success with losing the weight. Take care.
