hit a plateau

Hi my name is Cristina, just under two years ago I weighed about 250 lbs. I was not in a good place in my life and needed a change. I was eating take out a lot and not being healthy at all. I had broken it off with a long term relationship and wanted to feel good about myself again. I began to eat better (not great) but better. Slowly the pounds started to come off. Now almost two years after I'm stuck 215 lbs and going nowhere. I am getting married in July of 2013 and you'd think that would be motivation enough but I just can't seem to get my butt in gear. I always start with good intentions but give up soon afterwards. Ideally I would like to be down to 180 by the wedding which is not an unhealthy goal. My final goal weight is to be back at 150, essentially shedding 100lbs from the most unhealthy I've ever been.
I need motivation, and I'm kinda at a loss....please help
SW: 250

GW: 150

Maybe try doing an exercise your body hasn't done before. Try and shock it awake again!0

Ya I know I should but it's getting going. I used to love to work out and now I like to work out my fingers on the flicker while watching tv. It's so horrible. I need to get my butt in gear.0

You can do this! One day at a time! Take baby steps, and you will get to your goal! It's never easy, but with lots of motivation you will do it! I would try an excercise that you have never done too to get your body shocked!0

you haven't hit a plateau...
A plateau is when you are doing everything right, exercising, eating right (not too much OR too little), etc, and the weight is coming off steadily, then suddenly it stops, and even though you are still doing the same things you have been doing all along, the scale won't move, and it doesn't move for at least 2 weeks straight....that's a plateau...
you've just lost motivation.
You admit you're only exercising your clicker finger.
Break your fake plateau by simply getting off your butt and DOING it.0
