    people pay for p90x and insanity? in my job they provide those workouts for free to you if u choose to use them.

    I agree. I have friends that have both sets of DVD's. They're going to make copies for me. and/or let me borrow them for as log as I need to.

    This is morally no better than walking into a shop and stealing it. These companies will go out if business and not make programmes for us honest people, if everyone did that!!!!

    The Spartacus workout... I did 6 weeks of it before Insanity and most of my weight loss was with that.

    I agree with you on that. My reply was to him getting it from his company. Unfortunately I am currently a stay at home mom so I don't have a company who will loan it out.

    I agree with justiningham - Spartacus is a great alternative. I do 'Lady Spartacus' via youtube and have had amazing success with that.
