That Damn Scale

I hate seeing the scale go up, but I weigh myself normally three times a week because I usually get anixous of not knowing what my weight is after the 3rd day. Bad part is, i usually end up weighing myself after my cheat days. Yes, i have cheat days even if not recommeneded. I want to only weigh by self every thursday, but I usually cant do it only once a week. What do I do?

a) hide your scale
or
b) understand that the scale is an imperfect tool, so don't obsess about a tool that doesn't only tell you your weight, but also the weight of the clothes you are wearing, the waste products working their way through your intestines, and the water you are retaining. it's only useful to show TRENDS from week to week or month to month. it cannot tell you anything useful if you use it daily.0 -
I only weigh myself on sat but last two weeks I did 3 times a week and gained but back on my regular sat weighin im down again so I decided no more in between weighins it totally depressed me showing the scale go up.0
