Hey all. I am in meetings all day today and running all over the city. I didn't bring a lunch today because I won't have anywhere to put it and well it will freeze in the car. Any suggestions (other than subway) for a low calorie lunch?

Salad. Bento (sauce on the side and brown rice if they have it). Hummus and veggies.
  • Can you stop at a grocery store/mini-market and grab a cup of soup and a piece of fruit?

When I'm at a place where you can't easily access the nutrition information before I eat (which is often a problem with me and eating out), I halve the meal and take the rest to go. Then, once I can get to a computer (or get my ancient phone to work) and check out the calorie count, I will have a better idea of what I'm putting into my body.

Order a kids meal at any place. That always seems to contain the calories.
