New & Looking for Motivation

Hi everyone!

My name is Missy and I've been working with a trainer for about 3 months. I have another 3 months of training left and want to make the most of it. I find motivation to be my main problem. When I'm working with my trainer, my workouts are pretty awesome and I'm always pumped, but when I'm at home I sometimes feel like slacking off. Looking for others to keep me on track and accountable so I can reach my goals.

I originally started my weight loss journey in 2006 and lost 113 pounds. Since then I have had 2 children (one is 28 months, the other is 6 months) and I am trying to get back down to the weight I was when I got married (around 145 or so).

    We all can do it, just comes down to believing in ourselves :) I started mine about 7yrs ago where i lost over 60kg (not sure how much that is in pounds) and kept it off until i had bailey 4weeks ago so ive just restarted it!

    Add me and we can do this together, everyone needs help and motivation sometimes ;)
  • Motivation is my main problem, too. And I'm craving candy sooo much. :(
