100 OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSIONS!

Seems like a lot. Well, you can break them up!
One handed or two, lying on a ball, sitting or standing.
Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans? Jug of OJ?

I have to ask.. What is the actual point of doing 100 reps of an exercise? At that point it's not even really an endurance exercise. You stopped stimulating that muscle a long time ago.0
