Im 14, 46kg, 166cm?
i want thinner thighs and a flatter stomach
i dont want to go in to an eating disorder
how do i do this?

    Lifting weights and regular cardiovascular exercise. What are you eating now? I honestly think that you need to focus on being healthy and not a particular size.

    Also, do you have an adult in your home that you could talk to about this? I thought that you have to be 18 to be on this site.
  • at 166cm and only 46kg, you are already very very very underweight. That gives you a body mass index of 16.7 (anything under 18.5 is underweight).

    BMI Categories:
    Underweight = <18.5
    Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
    Overweight = 25–29.9
    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
