    I am so effing jealous. I am disconnecting and removing the sodding water heater, that picked today of all days to die, so that I am ready to install the new one I am going to buy when Lowe's opens at 5am. Happy Holidays!

    Oh, I thought you meant yours was tomorrow. I jogged the whole way. It was 33 degrees. Felt like I was running through Mother Russia.. except no one was smoking or drinking vodka around a can fire.. yet. That usually happens around 8:30 PM.

    Nope, first real one. Want to do another. I've been building up my endurance. 10 years of a desk job, seditary lifestyle and smoking and drinking took its toll!

    I'm now walking the dog a minimum of 4-5 miles a day. Slowly adding in a jog here and there. Gonna try that whole "couch to 5k" thing my friend tells me about.

    I'd like too be able to run/jog an entire 5k by next year.

    Sitting here listening to the washing machine run, which is cleaning my clothes for 90 minutes of ZUMBA tomorrow....and thinking of how bad I could have done today, but didn't..yay me!
