Proform QT 830 Treadmill

Well, I got myself a walkin' machine!
LOL!
I just bought a used Proform QT Treadmill....it's awesome but it didn't come with an owner's manual and I'd like a little bit more info on how to work it.
Does anybody have one? Or know how to program it? I did a bit of research on the web and didn't really find out too much about how to operate it or program it. I could probably call the 800 number on it and request an owners manual...
I suppose I could just figure it out, but I'd really appreciate any info regarding it.
