Week 27 - down a total of 60 lb

I lost 0.6 kg (1.3 lb) this week, bringing my total weight loss to 27.2 kg (almost exactly 60 lb).

Exercise was as usual - cycling when weather permits. I had to start wearing a wool sweater for cycling though, since it has gotten colder.

And I've been continuing my daily indoor resistance exercises and light calisthenics.
