Subway ham and cheese mini (1 cheese triangle) lettuce,tomatoes, oil/vinegar (extra shot of vinegar I hear it cuts fat lol), salt, pepper and oregano (NO MAYO) and a garden salad with 1 cherry tomatoe, little black olives sliced, two slices of a red bell pepper, little bit of shredded cheese, 2 slices of cucumber, and Kens Steakhouse lite Italian dressing ( 1oz) ==== 342 calories (thats good for me Im good to go until dinner and still have plenty of calories left over not to mention I haven't worked out yet.. Everyone Eat up0

My whole (super filling) lunch had 370 calories and 7 grams of fat! And it was sooooo yummy!!0 -
