Funny thing!!! I ate 2 hotdogs and a glass of water and successfully just shoved 630 calories down my throat. I normally log foods first thing in the morning but today wasn't sure what I was having. DUMB!!!! So now I'm going to go to the gym and "punish" myself for being a goof ball and eating like that. LOL Hope everyone else did better then I did.0

Ugh I don't knowwww!! I have a cold so nothing has taste to it right now. All I've had today is coffee and cranberry/apple juice ( I'm weird.. I mix the two together because I don't like them alone..but wouldn't you know it totalled up to be like 130 cal and 35 carbs...for a DRINK!) Yikes! There goes my breakfast!!
I don't know what to eat for lunch...though... I guess you gotta have taste to eat, right! :laugh: My body is going to go into shock if I keep this up..nasty allergies had me eating only 1000 cal yesterday..without working out..( gotta be able to breath to work out too LOL!!) But nothing sounds good to me right now....maybe a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich on wheat bread...hmm..0 -

Imitation crab meat, THOSE GREEN BEANS, and I might have a 1/2 of a piece of fresh bread. I biked, so I earned another 500 calories. I can't wait! YUM!

Subway ham and cheese mini (1 cheese triangle) lettuce,tomatoes, oil/vinegar (extra shot of vinegar I hear it cuts fat lol), salt, pepper and oregano (NO MAYO) and a garden salad with 1 cherry tomatoe, little black olives sliced, two slices of a red bell pepper, little bit of shredded cheese, 2 slices of cucumber, and Kens Steakhouse lite Italian dressing ( 1oz) ==== 342 calories (thats good for me Im good to go until dinner and still have plenty of calories left over not to mention I haven't worked out yet..
