Woo--HOOOOOO {Happy Dancing Big-time } Thank you LORD! I've haven't had this big a scale move in such a long long time! The scale usually, most ALWAYS shows 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 downward week by week--hardly ever 1 pound PLUS move (going downward that is ) My official weigh-in day is on Sundays, but I pulled out the scale today, just to be nosy and peek and BOOM there it is a big ole 1.4 loss. I got on that bad boy WITH my clothes on 6 different times and 3 different places to be sure--YEP, 1.4 GONE see ya ugly ole 1.4 pounds of water, fat, or what so ever yuck it WAS as far as I'm concerned!
Is it water weight? Fat Weight? I don't really care, I'm just so glad about this. A wise and successful fat and flab Mfp victorious warrior once told me when I was thrilled about dropping a large amount of weight (2 pounds in a week,a long time ago) she told me it was most likely water weight and to be sure to remember that when I gain more than 2 pounds in a week too, that it will probably be water weigh as well-I so appreciated her sharing that with me. Now we wise people KNOW for sure that that ole blasted scale is NOT to be depended on in this hard ugly battle of the bulge we're fighting...I so know that, but it still feels really really good though--WOOT!!!!!!! :drinker:

Yesterday morning I weighed 4 pounds more than I did this morning..which is what I weigh. I do not worry because this happens a lot The best way to do this if you believe a damn scale is to weigh yourself everyday, write it down, average it at the end of the week. You will get a better idea of what you weigh this way.(No pun intended.)0

Yeah!!! I was in the same boat this week. Lost 4.4# in 3 days. I knew it was just water weight, but boy did it feel great. About a pound of that came back, but I'm sure it was because I didn't eat enough on Thanksgiving (what?!). Just 900kcal for the day so I'm sure my body was holding on to it.
A win is a win - congrats!0 -
GOOD for you, hooray for your success! Here's to many more! Wootwoot!:drinker:0

Thanks so much to you ALL !!!! :flowerforyou:
I got back on it today--a little while ago, just to check and see if it's still shows the loss and :drinker: it's down again...by 0.2 more...so, rather it's water, flab, fat weight that's taking a long walk off a short dock--whatevah, I'll take it with JOY! Still have a long way to yet go. I'm doing short term goals of 20 lbs off at a time (that's more motivational to me than the total weight I'm looking to drop kick into oblivion --so I'm looking to this spring or summer or how ever long it takes to get to my ultimate goal.0
