So.
I was having a chat with one of the PT's at my local gym, as i am studying to be a PT he's helping me out so.......
We were talking about doing the 3 peaks challenge in the UK sometime next year.
For those who are unaware of this check out

for more info

But basically you run up one mountain and back down, drive to the next then run again, all in 24hours!!
the 3 mountains are :
Ben Nevis
Scafell Pike
Snowdon

Start at 6am then finish at around 6am the next day (this includes driving time between places) so you have 5 hours or so between each mountain to relax and get iced up ready for the next one!

Anyone done this before?
When i get it confirmed i will set up a charity page and try to raise some money also
any feed back on this would be great

I did it in 1992. Excellent experience, but hard work.

Tips? Don't underestimate the driving part and don't do any of the driving yourself.

I shared the driving with a friend, who also did the 'up the hills' bit. Knackering.

Another friend had three drivers and himself in one car - a lot easier apparently, as he had done it previously, like me!
