Reba McIntyre, because this is about the only time I get to listen to her. My husband isn't a Reba fan, so I listen to her while I work out. I don't use the music to keep pace because it is slow. I will work a little lo get to finish a song that I want to hear.0

Though I can't understand most of what they're saying (ha), I love "Que lloren" by Ivy Queen. I've found that reggaeton/Latin music is the most energetic and has the best beats for cardio0

Definately to start it has to be:
Feel the Love feat. John Newman - Rudimental
Then to finish:
Louder feat. Sian Evans - DJ Fresh
My spinning instructor plays 'feel the love' a lot, so whenever i hear it now it makes me think of spinning!
I listen to different things depending on my mood, and if i'm running, on the stepper etc. I like a lot of R&B, and also groups like the Foo Fighter and Nine Inch Nails, and then there are a few Lady GaGa songs with a good beat for running.0 -
Aerosmith - Rag Doll or Love in an Elevator0
