Hey all, I know this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find it so...... without a heart rate monitor, how do I calculate how many calories I burn during each of the insanity workouts? Is there a reliable website or something? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I don't think there is an accurate way. Perhaps if you put your weight you may find someone similar who has a HRM. Even so, each person will put a different amount of effort in. You could put it as circuit training.0

If you work your hardest you can easily burn 8-10 calories a minute. If you don't think you are then just put 5 calories times how many minutes you exercised for. Its not completely accurate, but you won't be over estimating!0

of course, it's not 100% accurate because you are not taking your heart rate every minute, but since I don't own one either I used this website that I was shown by someone wonderful on this site

count your heart rate in 15secs x 4, then that's how many HBM you should get,
Enter all your details and then you get an estimation on how much you burnt0
