Hey i am so confused .Most of the internet sites say that a quarter perri chicken (breast ) has 443 kcals. However on their nandos uk site it says that a quarter breast piece has only 137 calories .
I had 2 breast pieces today and dont know how many calories i consumed.137 x 2 or 443 x 2?

Are you able to estimate the weight of the meat?

I can't see how one chicken breast would be 443 calories, unless it was loaded with sauce. The lower calories is about right for a chicken breast though. Nandos almost always comes with sides, so I bet the internet sites are telling you a "meal" of the chicken breast, which would include fries or salad. Hard to say though.

If there was a pile of sauce, then go with the higher one. But if it was just spices (and it's grilled right?) then go with the lower one.

On their website, it appears that a whole chicken breast (4.5 ounces) is 177 calories, so I would go by that but, if your chicken breast had any sauce on it, then also add in the calories from the sauce also. Here are the calories for each of their sauces. So I would add the chicken breast calories with the sauce calories and see what you come up with. That's probably a good estimation.

    Chili Jam (2 ounces) 85
Extra Hot Sauce (1 ounce) 14
    Hot Sauce (1 ounce) 13
    Medium Sauce (1 ounce) 13
    Perinaise (2 ounces) 158
Wild Herb Sauce (1 ounce) 14

I agree, I went to Nando's today, and I am confused about the same issue. It was a big chicken breast I had but I did not have any sauce or skin.

After reading the above, I am going to take their advice and stick to the official website. I just want to get it right and not lie to myself.

    stay healthy

    :)
