Since i've changed my lifestyle and dramatically cut my calories for over 5 weeks now I remain full all day long with three meals and a piece of fruit. Sometimes I add more food to a meal just to up my calories. Before I would eat all day long up until early morning hours but now I don't feel the need to, does your body get used to you not eating as much? Or does your stomach shrink? I find it odd because I used to be such a foody and now when I get late night tummy rumbles they don't phase me and I don't think twice! Eating little is very odd for me!

Start lifting heavy weights and you'll see how hungry you can be and still lose

Perfectly normal. Once you retrain your body and mind you don't need to eat all the time. Good work!0

You could reduce the calories of your meals and add in as many healthy snacks as you want.0
