haha yeah! Like when my fiancee says she just ate a waffle and a coffee today... i wanna punch her :S Especially because she works manual labor. Must. Eat. MORE.
  • ...Your sitting there eating something healthy and people are looking at you like an animal at the zoo.
  • ...someone assumes that because you're overweight, you won't actually lose any weight.
  • ...someone says "Oh, I forgot t to eat." Really?????? :noway:
(I have NEVER forgotten to eat. I guess I think about eating TOO MUCH!)

The naturally skinny girl orders twice as much food as you, and dessert. And then says, "I just don't know where I put it all!" Maybe you don't know where you put it, but I know where you can stuff it. :)

UGH, I hate that too!! My boyfriend eats next to nothing!!! He says "I feel hungry but I don't feel like eating" .... What?!?!
  • ...my mother makes an ugly face and says the whipped cream I put on my coffee "has a 1000 calories". It really only had 15.

Sometimes I work through lunch because it just gets too busy for me to get away at 11am to eat, but if it's slowed down by 1pm or even 2pm I'll eat my lunch then. Better late than never! Not to mention it gets me through the rest of the day. Maybe that's why some people are moody in the afternoons... they don't eat lunch! I always thought they just wanted to go home

people assume that because you're overweight you can't possibly be doing "the right thing" to lose weight. "Should you be eating that?" "What do you mean you HAVE to eat something because you haven't eaten for a few hours?" or... "It's great that you're under your calorie goal today!" ummmm.... no.

Back in college my roommate and I would remember about 2am in the morning that we hadn't eaten anything all day and head to Perkins or Embers. This usually happened on the days I wasn't working since I worked at subway and that was free food for me to eat and the staple of my diet. Now its every couple hours my stomach is going "hrmm where is my food? Get in my belly. "

...when you tell someone you lost 34lbs and they reply by saying "I wish I could GAIN 34lbs" *kitten*!!!

Friend from college has always been thin, not overly thin but he wishes he could pack on some more bulk and muscle. I understand his struggle because he has tried everything but its still frustrates me that I work so hard to lose and he eats everything and anything and cant gain a pound :explode:
  • I hate it when my skinny friends look at me like I'm crazy when I'm eating a little bit of junk food and then they ask, so sweetly, "aren't you trying to lose weight?"

It drives me nuts. They don't understand when I tell them it's okay, as long as I log it into my daily calories. They just think I'm being a pig.:ohwell:

I get so annoyed when my husband thinks by skipping breakfast and eating two meals a day is healthy and he loses. He thinks thats the way to go. I majored in personal training but he doesn't listen to anything i say.

Agreed... or the comment of "do you really think you should be eating that?" or "don't you think a plain salad would be a better choice"...

I really hate it when someone who is obviously skinny says "I'm so fat!" They get no sympathy from me. In fact, I'm tempted to say "Yeah, you are pretty pudgy...." :)~
  • ...when I see diet pill commercials. Been there, did that, and didn't work. Just made me spend my money for nothing!

My size double zero 98 lb 5'7 roommate does this.. She's insane. She really IS naturally skinny based on her entire family being stick thin but still.. You can be tiny and eat too!! It'll be dinner time and I'll be eating and she'll laugh at how she hasn't eaten since yesterday.

    Ugh. So unhealthy.
  • ...my husband says that our bathroom scale is broken - because it is showing his weight to be 20 pounds under what it really is.
(insert blood curdling scream here) :noway:
