Recipe #1 - Two ingredient pancakes

To make these pancakes, you just mix one banana and two eggs. I also added a touch of vanilla and cinnamon. And- voila! They are actually pretty pancake-y. I left the banana chunky so it was definitely a less-fluffy, banana flavoured pancake, but it was good. I topped it with some vanilla yoghurt and walnuts.

Recipe #2 - with peanut butter

    Ingredients

    ▪ 1/4 cup peanut butter
    ▪ 1 very ripe banana
    ▪ 2 eggs
    ▪ 1/2 tsp baking soda
    How to make it

Mash banana well, add peanut butter, eggs and baking soda and mix very well.
Drop by tablespoonfull onto hot, ungreased griddle.
DO NOT MAKE TOO BIG or you won't be able to flip them!
Flip when bubbles appear on top (5 minutes?)
Cook an additional 2 minutes until done.
    Makes about 15-18 3" pancakes.

don't know if any of you follow blogilates on youtube or anything, but the recipe for the two ingredient pancakes has become an absolute favorite of mine and thought I should share.

    Two eggs, one banana.
They are great. Just mash the banana, then add the two eggs and make sure they are well combined (I usually whisk mine together for a few minutes) and then cook them on your skillet like you would with a regular pancake.
You can eat the entire batch for only 248 calories! They are absolutely delicious, and I even add some cinnamon to mine for extra flavor, but they're also good without!

This is the post that you are referring to i believe......enjoy!
