    that's pretty much what i eat everyday..

    i spread it out over the day. otherwise if i wait until the last minute then it's whatever dinner i have planned and lots and lots of ice cream

    You would get lean protein,good carbs etc... and some reach 800 to 1500 cal per scoop lol.

    Just saying...That way you won't eat 2000 cal out of junk,fat,bad sugar etc

    I have an allowance of 2000 calories for the rest of the day, how should I spend them ?

    I could go to Dennie's and get a Frodo Pot Roast Skillet (880) and top up the last 1100 in booze, but that does not seem creative enough ?

    Agreed. I'd rather staple bacon to my face than drink some freaking mass protein shake worth that many calories.

    Eat what you like and don't worry about eating the whole 2,000 calories. Just like it's ok to go over by a bit occasionally, it's ok to be under for a day occasionally.

    (I've got about 500... if it were summer, I'd probably have ice cream. It's cold today, so maybe a warm slice of pie, maybe cheese toasted on crackers, or maybe just some hot chocolate... probably won't quite make it to my full caloric allotment, but like I said above, won't worry about it as long as it's not a regular thing. I really should eat something with more fiber, but ... not today. :smile: )
