what about calories when nursing a baby?

How do you measure if you are nursing a baby? How do you get the calorie counter to take into account the calories used for milk. Anyway to do this?

  Hi! I'm full-time nursing too. When you log your food type in breastfeeding in the search, and it gives you an additional 500 calories to spend.
