Hey I'm new!

Hey everyone I'm Amy and I am brand new to my fitness pal! My best friend has been using it for a while now, and she has inspired me to try it out! I am still getting the hang of how it all works. I really would like to make some friends to keep me motivated though :). My goal is to lose 15 lbs by eating healthier and counting my calories and exercising. I have never done anything like this! I am a college student trying to eat healthier and look healthier. :)

    Thank you so much! Appreciate that! Any tips on how to work in gym time between busy college schedules? Last semester I went a lot and now I have so busy this semester I am always so tired and unmotivated
